What will you be doing?
We are seeking a highly competitive hands-on commercial leader who will be in charge of a company’s revenue streams coming from three DLT products, reporting directly to the CEO. Leveraging knowledge of the roles both sales and marketing play in driving growth, aligning all revenue-generating departments you will focus on strategic partnerships, product development, marketing and branding prioritising our newly launched treasure product for institutional asset managers.
Objectives of this Role:
Partner with other members of the executive team in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s revenue-generating departments
Manage a lean global sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy
Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
Who You Are?
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous success as a commercial leader driving and implementing revenue growth on a highly competitive market (preferably Series A+ DLT startup)
Well-connected in blockchain and fintech payments ecosystem in Asia
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
Ability to craft and execute a business strategy, P&L experience
History of decision-making based on business metrics
Fluent English and international mindset
