On behalf of our client - a stable well reputable shipping company headquartered in Athens and operating on the market for 18+ years with an impeccable reputation, we are looking for the first hire to head their presence in Asia (Singapore). Start date - soonest possible.
Who you are?
Chartering Manager (geared tonnage) willing to be a frontman for the company in APAC (Singapore).
You will be joining a team of 20 people in total based in Greece. In a company with a flat structure, you will work closely with a Co-Founder=Chartering Manager and an operational team based in Athens.
For a self-driven professional with a great reputation, bringing relationships with cargo/shipowners in APAC, we are willing to offer this role to a broker looking to step up to a Chartering Manager.
You are expected to work from Greece for a few weeks 2-3 times a year to establish great relationships with the team and ensure long-term success for the company in APAC.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with determination and perseverance, analytical intelligence and a positive strategic outlook.
