Being an entrepreneur for 9 years, she understands Founders’ mentality and wrote a thesis on Innovative Founders' challenges, the stress they endure, and the coping mechanisms. This, combined with excellent listening skills and psychology training in Leadership Coaching and Change Management, makes her a great partner to work with.
Juliet has contributed a decade to the executive search industry. Being based in APAC for five years, she is working with the C-level professionals in technology and innovation sectors, such as blockchain, fintech, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.
Before that, she gained 10 years of experience in Global Key Account Management with MNCs in Shipping, Supply Chain and Logistics, Commercial Real Estate in Europe.
